This guy has one of the best voices I’ve ever heard in the past 50 years. I was brought up on 70’s & 80’s rock music and when he sings rock music he is absolutely untouchable.
I agree..he can perform literally any genre, well. But his rock songs and his ballads are otherworldly..
Everyone's been thinking what Mel B has been thinking for years, literally everyone says Adam's live performances are crazy good but no one's dared to say like "GUYS YOU'RE NOT INVESTING ENOUGH FOR THE AMOUNT OF TALENT YOU'RE GETTING". I admire Mel B for saying it!!!!
That's very misleading, she didn't slam his performance, she just thought he deserved more production value and didn't like the stage setting.
I think it was actually a compliment if I understand her correctly. It sounds like she's saying that Queen is legendary. They and Adam Lambert give epic performances and she felt whoever designed the stage and all that did not do justice to them. Media people always have to start drama to get people to watch.

There is no setting and the staging can do Queen justice now, their level is Wembley arena packed to the rafters! They're legends, this was the best the Oscars could give them.
She hit the nail right on the head. They have hosts that live in the same town and they give them 15 minutes to open the show. You’ve got a band with one of the best male singers in the world travel halfway around the world and you give them 60 seconds. Hollywood so effed up.

You don’t need elaborate stage gimmicks when you have the voice and stage presence like Adam and a band as big as Queen . Whilst yes I get her point they deserved better production at the same time its an awards show not their own concert
I've seen quite a few award shows where they go all out on the staging i.e. lady gaga where she's being carried in on that egg thingy (idk I've only seen it in like a compilation). It would be awkward if that staging was Queen (w/ Adam) idea 🤣

So agree with her. I was also disappointed at how that stage turned out because I've been to Queen + Adam Lambert concert and I know it could have been 100x better.

I agree with Mel B. When I saw the Queen and Adam Lambert’s performance, they did great but the whole staging I was unimpressed with. It was Queen and Adam Lambert, I was expecting more. Something more elaborate than what they had.

hold on, the performance was a tribute and the surrounding production was fitting to what queen would have had in the past, modern tech doesn't have to be used for anything and lets be honest, Mel B voice isn't that good, she wrote basically no songs and can't play an instument.
She shouln't even be on X-Factor because a lot of the performers would have wiped the floor with her.
