Hi Yes, even if you are fully vaccinated then also you need Rtpcr report. I asked why then police said that they have guidelines to follow so we can't do anything. If you coming from road and you don't bave Rtpcr report then they will not allow you enter in Goa.

Hi yes all beaches are open, swim is not allowed in sea abhi.Dudhsagar is open and you can go.
