Dhalsim Makeup Tutorial - Street Fighter V

This makeup look was inspired by Dhalsim from Street Fighter V. We had planned a lot of the costume ahead of time for Anime North 2020. Covid changed all of that. Here we are two years later trialing the costume and makeup for the first time on my buddy Anthony.
