Every time I go to Vegas I take spirit I don’t need no fancy flight there. just get me there in one piece. 😆 plus spirit literally has the youngest fleet of airbus a 320s in the industry.. the funny thing is is whenever. I hear about a plane crash. I never hear spirit airlines it’s always Delta, Southwest, United, Etc..
Spirit ...hates....their customers. Every step of my flight purchase and execution is bloody and punishing....by design. If you have any other airline options, pay the difference to dodge deceitful money charges that are engineered to trap you for more money...and....you will retain your dignity. Traveling Spirit is like being mugged.
People bitch and moan about spirit, however before budget airlines lots of people would be taking the bus or driving . Now I’m stuck sitting next to broke people who don’t shower.
If u ever plan on it. It’s really cheap. And the only thing u gotta worry about is ur bags to make sure u can carry them. The attendants are rlly nice, and I haven’t had 1 problem with them ever.
Truth. However Even the legacy airlines are now packed with disgusting trash who have 400 carryon items, two babies, and haven’t showered since the 90’s. They need to make airfare even more expensive apparently. I’ll gladly pay more not to be stuck on a full flight with nasty people.
Spirit is the worst. It's actually more than a decent airline when you add up all the fees. $45 for a carry on, $35 for a checked back, $50 assigned seats, charge for any kind of drink or snack. Their bag checking process is ridiculous and takes twice as long as other airlines. Seats are essentially a piece of plastic with a piece of fake leather covering it. All that aside, you are not saving money by flying Spirit.
Spirit is great if you’re a solo traveler and can fit all you need in a back pack for the trip(I’ve always gotten those on free). Otherwise yeah, if you got a family and luggage you might as well go fly somewhere else.
@@jordane7483 EXACTLY THIS. Spirit is for light flying basically if you can fit everything in your bag and just looking for a simple flight from point A to point B. Go Southwest or Alaska etc etc if you want all the other stuff.
It has never cost me more with the fees. It would cost the same as another airline with the fees, but at least I can avoid paying those fees, unlike other airlines.
took spirit yesterday the expected time to arrive was about 2:30 hours and made it safely less than 2 hours but seats are uncomfortable and small

I flew spirit from Houston to Las Vegas and it was perfectly fine

I travel with a duffel bag so I don't have to check a bag, but it would still be charged as a carry-on.

The seats and spacing are horrible. Unless you're in the exit row don't expect leg room plus the seats don't recline. Don't know how he could sleep.

I flew from Las Vegas to Fort Lauderdale for $60. Spirit is my favorite airline and always my first choice.
