Sorry quick question...?.?? Let’s say I have NAVY-BLUE background and all I want is for a green or what ever other colour I choose of a magnetic cat eye to go on top, all I would want is for the cat eye bar to go up&down without loosing the blue background can that be accomplished.???

If you mean having a navy blue background with a green vertical stripe down the center, yes you can do that. Just put on the base coat and cure, then the navy blue and cure. Then brush on the cat eye gel color of your choice. You can either put it on the whole nail or take a brush and put it in a stripe down the center. Immediately put the magnet with the square part long ways up and down (vertical) for a few seconds and you'll have a beautiful stripe down the center.
I hope that helps you a little bit!! Hopefully I wasn't confusing or anything! 😊
