      $10 a week? Umm...
      $1000 x 7.31% = $73.10 per year.
      $73.10 / 52 weeks = $1.41 per week.
      What maths are you using?!

Achieving success hinges on the steps you actively take toward it. Accumulating wealth involves cultivating positive habits, such as consistently setting aside money at intervals for robust investments. Financial management, often avoided by many, can later become a haunting issue. My hope is that anyone reading this finds success in their journey!

Starting early is simply the best way of getting ahead to build wealth, investing remains a priority. I learned from my last year's experience, I am able to build a suitable life because I invested early ahead this time.

Your story of a conservative savings profile is a common one. Any course of action involves risks. You might be avoiding market risk, but you are taking on other risks like inflation and reinvestment risk. No one likes market risk, but without longer retirement, taking on risk is often a necessary evil to compensate for inflation.

Certainly get a pro to look at your predicament (if you even have one, lol) A second opinion from a comprehensive financial adviser can help you look at more than just your current estimate of cash flow and needs but also longevity risk, outliving your money, tax considerations, legacy planning, healthcare costs, inflation and a myriad of other things you may not be considering when reviewing your current situation.

My interest in stock market investment was sparked by dividends. The interesting part, in my opinion, is that you can survive off dividends without selling if you invest and generate more revenue. It implies that you can impart that to your children, giving them a head start in life. I own almost $600,000 in dividend stocks because I bought a lot of them in the past, I'm purchasing more now, and I'll buy more when the price lowers even further.

My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.

Since a while ago, I've been in touch with a coach, mostly because I lack the depth of understanding and mental toughness to deal with the ongoing market conditions. I had initially planned to retire at 62, work part-time, and save money, but the impact of high prices on various goods and services has significantly disrupted my retirement plan. I'm worried about whether those who experienced the 2008 financial crisis had it easier than I currently am. The volatility of the stock market is a concern as my income has decreased, and I fear that I won't be able to contribute as much as before, potentially jeopardizing my retirement savings.

Hello. I have spent the day devouring your content. Thank you for the straightforward tutorials and the "things to keep a look out for" sections of your videos. I also appreciate your USMC heritage. I was an Army Ranger, so I think that makes us step brothers.
I am new to this, and I have one question for you. This video ends with you saying that someone who invests 1000 dollars according to the dollar amount allotment that you shared should be looking forward to a weekly dividend payment of over 10 dollars. Is that right? Because if so, that is super exciting to think about being able to earn a weekly 1% return, or roughly 50% per year (minus taxes and so forth).
Am I crazy, or would 100K invested in the same way (adjusted for current prices, or course) produce 1K in weekly income? Same for 250K/500K/1M? I just want to make sure that I am learning properly, because that means that I could reach income replacement much sooner than I originally thought.
    Thank you in advance. Sean.

I have been a dividend focused investor for a long time. This does not mean I don't own growth stocks, I do. A well rounded portfolio should be a mixture of both categories. One way to minimize the anxiety out of stock market investing, is to make sure you keep a large cash cushion. I invest in the market, but never put all my money in market.
