It kinda resembles dao pattern. same operations, and connection for data is kept inside dao, not inside controller itself.

I'm sure that there is a lot of good information here. But for the love of God, slow down a notch. Create a script and explain why things are implemented a certain way.
I usually watch tutorials at 1.5x speed. Yours I have to slow down.
