Such an incredible cover of one of my favourite songs written by McCartney for The Beatles. I thought the acoustic guitar version would be hard to beat… but Sangah’s soulful piano improvisation (and singing) has me falling in love with this song all over again! 💥🎹🎵

I just found your youtube channel yesterday. You make your piano sing, I just love it. I now have 3 albums on my iPhone, The Beatles 1967-1970, Real Piano, Vol 1 and The Beatles Piano. I started taking piano lessons a couple of years ago, gives me something to do in retirement. I also played trumpet in school, a little rhythm guitar and played bass guitar in the 70's. You are an inspiration to practice. Thank you.

Like you did with Here Comes the Sun this is another surprising adaption of a typical guitar piece to piano that works so well. I wish you'd made sheet notes for this too like you did with great success for Here Comes the Sun.

If I'm not mistaken, you dropped the key a whole step to G since your previous playing. Since I don't play piano, might I ask why you would do that? Thank you again for a wonderful listening experience, Sangah!! 👍💚👍💚👍
Oh, that was a very simple reason. The original was played in G and that was too low to sing to me, so I transposed to A when I sang. There was no reason to play the song in A in this piano cover...

Hey Upyupyupy! Thanks for providing valuable feedback on this video! I couldn’t hear any hissing when playing it through my laptop’s internal speakers, so I switched to some higher quality [over-ear] headphones and still could not hear any hissing. Tried a good quality [in-ear] set of Bluetooth buds also, but no hissing. Were you hearing the hissing on this UA-cam video (Blackbird (Beatles) Piano Cover with Improvisation), Upyupyupy? One more thing...did you get a chance to try a different set of headphones or speakers to narrow down the problem? Thanks again!
