Yeah. It looks back on a prior intense attachment to someone; then it poignantly moves into a new resolution against the old mindset, language, and attachment itself.

I can't stop listening! I'm back for my daily view haha. I discovered this audition quite some time ago but it really never gets old, this has a magical quality that even the original doesn't have. it really takes the song to the next level for me.

I never tire of this video. Incredible song and an even more incredible interpretation. This guy has a killer voice. Chills. Top 10 all time for me. What happens to amateurs this good who don't win the show. Probably nothing. Brutal industry. What a talented guy.

clark thompson I was really wowed by this performance. Really thought he was going to win this whole thing. But he fucked it up by himself..And what you said about 80% sex appeal and 20% talent... Andrea Begley was picked over him. So...

Yeah I mean it's nothing personal against Andrea because she seems like a sweet girl, but in my honest opinion I just don't think that she is THE VOICE. That title should've gone to someone else.

So good. Been listening to this weekly since then.
I was walking through London Victoria Station a few years back, and I spotted Karl walking along with his guitar - I looked at him and he looked at me and I knew that he knew I knew who he was! He gave me the loveliest smile and nodded and we carried on with our journeys. I wonder what happened to him and if he’s still singing? He’s got a fabulous voice....

Every now and then this performance pops in to my mind, usually from nowhere. I remember Karl very well.

wow, getting all of them to turn around is an effing miracle. they usually just sit there looking at each other saying 'wow he's good' and then don't turn around. they've let so much good talent get away.
