Sorry but you’re describing it in over simplified manner. Architecture is a highly technical profession and Canada does not recognize foreign architects until they have gone through rigorous training program again. I have been though that and it’s a highly ambitious undertaking for someone who has already spent 10-15 years of his life working in some other country. I eventually gave up!
