The first time I listened to this mantra, I felt asleep to it, then I literally felt like someone's hands were pulling something out of my mouth and out of my stomach, then I saw what I believe to be Shiva's face flashing three times in the darkness. The strange thing is that the image of Shiva was a woman with a beard. She had intense eyes, green maybe and a smile on her face. Then I felt like I was being hold, still in my bed but a feeling of knowing someone is protecting me and holding my hands. Literally hugging me and holding my hands, it made me feel like she was making me feel saved and protected by her/him. The feeling of knowing whatever was done to me in the past, she is taking care of it. Amazing! Then I woke up, feeling dizzy like everything in my room was moving. I started playing it again and already awaken but still in my bed I clearly heard in my head a horrifying scream of a woman. All this happened the first time I started listening to the mantra and during morning time. During that day I felt strange and a little freak out but also relief. I keep listening to this mantra every day and nothing has happened in my sleep again. Just regular dreams. ive been listening for a couple of weeks now since quarantine started, and i started feeling internal peace and happiness and i started feeling like i was thinking with a clearer mind and analyzing all the negative "friends" or people i associated myself with and started thinking about all the weird encounters i had with them that just seemed fake friendly, jealousy and envy. I'm also a little thankful for quarantine because its given me way more time to breathe to these mantras and think about all the goals i have in life and how i want to accomplish all but i learn not to tell anyone my goals and the good things happening for me because theres too much envy and evil eye out there, i just work hard in silence. I stopped taking medication for ADHD as a child because of the negative side effects that ive been having which led to anxiety. I feel i need to meditate alot more, and find a career that brings me happiness. My job consists of sitting at a desk all day talking with clients, I'm not someone who can sit for long periods of times. My dream career is to become an actor which is something that lights me up inside, but unfortunetly i need to work and save alot of money in order to persue my acting career, so im stuck in a negative spiral. I'm still not giving up and trying out other things on the side of my job to make an extra income. This mantra helps me alot though and is something i need to listen to far more.

Yeah, you need a major cleansing sounds like someone tried to send negativity your way. Take a bath with 7 limes (sliced), sea salt, and basil. If you can find Florida water use half of it. Put your intention that all the negativity sent to you will be returned to sender. Light a white candle anointed with olive oil for protection while doing this bath. N yes 2 / 1 teaspoon in a bucket full of water take bath with that water daily try hot water so it will relax ur body n yes dissolve the salt n pour that water all over ur body then dnt use plain water. Use it for a month daily n meditate. Everything will be fine. N try to do prayers... Try to burn sage daily n do meditation.

The first time I listened to this mantra, I felt asleep to it, then I literally felt like someone's hands were pulling something out of my mouth and out of my stomach, then I saw what I believe to be Shiva's face flashing three times in the darkness. The strange thing is that the image of Shiva was a woman with a beard. She had intense eyes, green maybe and a smile on her face. Then I felt like I was being hold, still in my bed but a feeling of knowing someone is protecting me and holding my hands. Literally hugging me and holding my hands, it made me feel like she was making me feel saved and protected by her/him. The feeling of knowing whatever was done to me in the past, she is taking care of it. Amazing! Then I woke up, feeling dizzy like everything in my room was moving. I started playing it again and already awaken but still in my bed I clearly heard in my head a horrifying scream of a woman. All this happened the first time I started listening to the mantra and during morning time. During that day I felt strange and a little freak out but also relief. I keep listening to this mantra every day and nothing has happened in my sleep again. Just regular dreams. I just want to add for whoever thinks they are being attack, jinx or cursed: the more you concentrate on that, the more you worried, the more you give it power to harm you. Don't give any power and don't be afraid, instead listen to this and other mantras and be sure evil will be banished from your life. I tell you this from my own experience. I used to fear and think about it everyday until I stop, knowing that the universe has my back. Now this amazing mantras who I'm very grateful for. ive been listening for a couple of weeks now since quarantine started, and i started feeling internal peace and happiness and i started feeling like i was thinking with a clearer mind and analyzing all the negative "friends" or people i associated myself with and started thinking about all the weird encounters i had with them that just seemed fake friendly, jealousy and envy. I'm also a little thankful for quarantine because its given me way more time to breathe to these mantras and think about all the goals i have in life and how i want to accomplish all but i learn not to tell anyone my goals and the good things happening for me because theres too much envy and evil eye out there, i just work hard in silence. @@whyimhere...880 i stopped listening to the mantra for a while , its something you need to listen to all the time. My work life is more negatively effected due to my anxiety and ADHD. I stopped taking medication for ADHD as a child because of the negative side effects that ive been having which led to anxiety. I feel i need to meditate alot more, and find a career that brings me happiness. My job consists of sitting at a desk all day talking with clients, I'm not someone who can sit for long periods of times. My dream career is to become an actor which is something that lights me up inside, but unfortunetly i need to work and save alot of money in order to persue my acting career, so im stuck in a negative spiral. I'm still not giving up and trying out other things on the side of my job to make an extra income. This mantra helps me alot though and is something i need to listen to far more.

Yeah, you need a major cleansing sounds like someone tried to send negativity your way. Take a bath with 7 limes (sliced), sea salt, and basil. If you can find Florida water use half of it. Put your intention that all the negativity sent to you will be returned to sender. Light a white candle anointed with olive oil for protection while doing this bath. Do this once a week you will feel lighter. You can listen to this mantra while doing the bath.
