There was a few bugs on the builder when I recorded this video so not everything is 100% accurate. Also, there are many bug fixes and balance patches during PBE so expect things to be different from one day to another. Anyways, what have you tried so far?

Azir is an Invoker though, so you don't get Arcanists with Syndra unless you add sthg like Lissandra at 10
