- Ready to get bigger quads? we're going over everything you need to know in under 2 minutes!
I cover everything from the width of your feet to getting a better connection and even a little ankle flexibility to improve your depth. Biggest takeaways, keep those fleet close and as low as your can to increase the ROM and stretch. Make sure you focus on higher volume and if you're going to move some heavier weight then make moderate weight feel heavy by slowing down the exercise.

I've been doing it all wrong. My leg workouts were taking over an hour. Now I only have to workout legs for 2 minutes and my quads will get bigger. This is awesome! So excited for leg day now!!
😆
This is one of the most useful videos I've seen. I plan to watch this each time before training legs to beat the advice into my brain. Thanks from someone that waited til they were 40 years old to train legs because I thought cycling and running was all they needed. My calves arrived this year and that alone makes me want to throw a freaking party.
Let's go champ!! Let the gains begin 💪🏾
Fun Fact: Endurance athletes actually suffer MORE muscle and bone loss as they age. People who train with weights (both strength and hypertrophy trainers) can gain and maintain well into their last years.
Wow. You just about described me as well with your post!!
Love it, no bs straight to the point, engaging, humorous and taught something new. We need more of this in the fitness industry!
Yeah honestly seeing how these videos are usually under six minutes is what makes me like them.
Only this guy and Noelle do that
His style is gold - forget all the ‘hey you guys’ ‘remember to sub…..’ bullshit. Straight to it.
If that is your own gym - in the background - then life is good bro! That is every mans dream!
Stuff a 10 lb weight in a back pack and try muscle ups! If you can't get on top of the cliff after getting to the edge, what's the point?
I know you postd this some time ago but wanted to say great video. Really helped me target my outer quads on my workout last night!!
Str8 to the point. No fuss, no Xtra bs, just quality info/advice. All helpful vids should be like this. Thank u.
0:38 had me in stitches! At first I thought the sound had gone wrong or I’d missed a helium inhale but then I realised what you were doing just as “cool story bro” hit! How you keep a straight face I do not know but the bloopers must be hilarious!
Yea that was pretty hilarious
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
Same hahahaha
Hands down the best, straight to the point, most helpful tips for legs anywhere on UA-cam and tiktok.
One of the best educational and informative quad muscle building/strengthening videos ever!
Mr. Ryan H. is overall fitness awesomeness!
Thank you for putting a channel that doesn't always have to do a 15 minute video to explain these things. And...also adding killing it with humor.
Thank you Ryan! Recent follower! Luv the videos and insight! The comic relief is an added bonus! I appreciate every video I've seen thus far. Keep on keeping it REAL! 👑👍👍
Absolutely love your personality & videos! Especially that you get to the point quick 👍🏼
I didn’t know kratos had a UA-cam channel.
Clear and straight to the point! I Appreciate these videos Ryan! Hard to believe how fast you gained subs since I joined back in early 2019.
Hey brother, just started following your channel a few days ago. Love the fact you have zero filter man! Tired of everyone being so damn sensitive. 💪💪
I’ve been here since Ryan was at 200k. Every video is greatly detailed in what and how the exercise/lift is performed and what you get out of it as the result. Plus the great comedy every video is what makes me keep coming back to learn more and more everytime keep it up 👍🏼
Ryan ya rock brother...no fluff...no B.S....just the facts and you crack me up...keep doing you brother
These videos have been a game changer for me and my teenage sons workouts. Great videos!
Hands down best videos on youtube. Using your methods has helped me break threw plateaus👍

"An athletic bag of shit" is my new long term fitness goals lmao
The garage program has been kicking my whole ass but man I need the whole gym program sooner then later.
I love these short direct videos. Your humour is great and I find out what I need to know!! Many thanks
Straight and to the point, as always, thanks Ryan🤯
The video is so short, Ryan didn't even finish his outro
Yeah, WTF...? He cut himself....? lol
We all know what he was gonna say 😂
If I'm not mistaken, YT is now demonetizing videos with profanity. It's a cool way for him to not say what he said I guess.
@@HAL-dm1eh he did say earlier "It feels fucken heavy" lol.
@@shinkimo Good point. He also said this at 1:34
No bs and straight to the point... exactly why I'm subscribed to you
Thank you!!! You’re the best tutor. I’m so grateful of the lessons I’m learning from you plus the humor 😂
I like your videos man. To the point and realistic. Exactly what we need.

So much information it doesn’t even seem like it’s a 2 minute video. Thank you for sharing your knowledge man
Cheers for this Ryan. Ive struggled to work quads (vs glutes) my whole life. I did the hack squat noting your tips here and my god.... i smashed them.
Thanks Ryan, your recommendations are working, i see some great growth in the legs!
Perfect. Short and to the point. Big thank you.
Watch tons of fitness channels. Love coach Greg vids but this guy is the BEST
Love this F'ing dude! By far one of the best channels I've ever come across.
So concise and direct. Love it
We need a video on how to win your heart
Bro what?

Soft kisses on the neck. Chew cinnamon flavored gum so he can smell the cinnamon while you massage his thick neck.
This guys a beast. Heads like a knuckle. Thanks for the vid.
Straight to the point and consice. A rare quality nowadays.
Almost at a million subs, been here since less than 100k.
You the man Ryan.
Quick. Short. To the point....LOVE IT!
I'm on week 3 of the garage program and love it. I mean, I hate it because it's so painful,, but it's a great program. Will probably do it all over again when I complete it.

Literally cracking up the entire video. I probably only processed like 5% of the tips but I loved it and will revisit this video 😂😊
Excellent video.
Fantastic motivational quotes!
THX for this!!
This was amazing !
I appreciate you and your videos. Your no non sense is the best. I’m wondering why my gains aren’t where I want them to be, and in one of your videos “I’m simply not working hard enough”. You already know
Thank you just what the doc ordered!
Love the videos man. Gets right to the point and give us some humor. Unfortunately other fitness channels has 20 minutes of so much damn talking with pieces of the workout here and there
*Video saved. So many facts in under 3 minutes. Almost seems like a dream.* 💯
Fantastic.
Dang. I still remember Ryan saving my life virtually thru his videos during the first months of covid lockdown. He made me realize what shit of a person I was thru his cheesy jokes. 1M subs coming in for him! Really deserve it!
Dammm. This is the best leg video on UA-cam right now. This guys needs to write a book.
straight to the point.
Super useful, thanks.
Great advice and dude is hilarious. Thanks man.
Lmao - "feels fuckin' heavy tho." Love this dude.
Best part of the whole video
@@calebdriggers3634 not it was this part 1:42
Love yours vids keep em up🤞💯
I like your use of specific anatomical landmarks.
Fantastic video. No bs , no bro talk , I salute you .
You're as respectable and informative as athleanx without style biting. Bravo sir, subscribed and recommended to my fatter than I friends.
Great vid
Supersetting with slow controlled 10-25 reps has changed completely how I am training. I am also taking short 30 second breaks. Anyone who hasn't tried supersetting with short breaks will get humbled quickly. 30 mins is all it takes for my workouts and it includes cardio because you are out of the breathe nearly the entire time and sweating bullets.
Concise & informative.
Excellent vid.................
Iam not from the south , but did slow this video down a bit. 0.75 Helps slow listeners. Great info !
Thanks for the tips. I personally have to work on my ankle flexion
Appreciate all the advice. Finished week 2 of your program, didn’t shit on myself but almost passed out on the lunges.
I see a little bit of kneesovertoes advice creeping in here, excellent tips, thanks!
Thanks Man!
This is the kind of video we love. THIS IS THE WAY / 👍thumbs up
Excellent…thanks
Excellent
Never thought I would hate a video and love it at the same time.
I think maintaining constant tension when lifting, is very good advice.
Love the channel brother
the best fitness youtuber
I did 6 sets of smith machine calf raises to failure with sets of toe raises to failure in between as “rest”. I did this after watching some of your videos. What a terrible life decision. First time missing work due to soreness 😂😂 and pretty sure I shit myself on the leg extension machine. 🤷♂️
🤣👍
Just watched this video. Instant new subscriber...Love the way you communicate!
Got damn, I’ve been working out for 6 years and didn’t know I needed this. Thank you!!!
Such a sick video 👍
thanks coach
Hey ryan is there any chance you could do a video on training around knee injuries? I've been plagued by knee issues after serving in the army and your workouts have helped me get back into things after a long time off training. I love the lighter weight and intense volume approach its been great but still can't do excercises like the lunges or squats without a fair bit of ACL pain and instability and wanted to know what your approach would be to working around issues such as this?
Informative. Direct. No bullshit. Subscribed.
Thank you
Thnx so much, Kratos 💪
This video was awesome! Straight to the point and concise, no b.s. thanks for putting this together!
Also the “sack of shit vs. athletic sack of shit” part was funny as hell 😂
Good lesson
Love these videos. As much for comedy as info.
