Attack 5 Responding. MVC- INJURY. 3/5/2019

Company 5 with Company 6 and County ALS resources dispatched for a 2 vehicle accident that was originally dispatched as a motor vehicle crash with entrapment. Reports were of an ambulance that had rear ended a tractor trailer. During response dispatch gathered that there was no entrapment for the three occupants of the ambulance, they only needed assistance out of the vehicle with their injuries.
It pains us to see brothers and sisters in apparatus accidents like this and we are very thankful that all three occupants of the unit were alert, awake, and in the best spirits possible for what they had just been involved in. Our prayers are never ending for the fast recovery of the two White Sulfur Springs Rescue Squad providers and their patient.
