@@porschemelbourne1755 actually there is a company Smarttop here in the states that sells a module that allows your remote to open and close the top - double fast click and it opens. My Targa was the test car to make a module for the 992 targa. No wire cutting and easy plug and play installation. Also allows a two touch auto open and close using the switches inside the car. Around $450 --
Heh on the 992 Targa can the car be programmed so that the remote can open and close the Targa top?
Unfortunately this is not currently a function on the Porsche keys. We can only dream of being able to open our Targa tops remotely!
