I know I know nothing about this but in a situation where you have to fight, shouldn't we be kicking with more force? The kicks in this video are very tame, I doubt it would help at all in a real confrontation

Real ninjutsu never has martial art elements, ninjutsu is modern name and creation. Real name is shinobi no jutsu is spy art, scout art. Since ninja themselves were samurai and ashigaru so their combat skill come from other martial arts.

all do respect I've often wondered if ninjutsu used kicks such as the "typical" soundhouse kick or the side kick in its typical form. WHY IS IT THAT IT SEEMS LIKE SOME BUJINKAN SCHOOLS USE SUCH KICKS AND OTHERS DON'T?????
