- Upgrading fuel pump on my 2013 Audi S5 with Walbro 525 and Torqebyte MP4 controller for aftermarket fuel pumps... installing 8AN New Fuel Line supply from the gas tank to the HPFP you can use 6AN as well it will be plenty the reason I'm doing 8AN is future dual port injectors. This is part 1
My friend this is great. I have a b8 s4 though so a brushless pump is not oem. I have a similar fuel pressure drop after 4K rpm though. Do you think this is from the bucket running empty? I do logs on a full tank so I don’t think it could be but I’m at a loss as to the cause . Thanks
With the PM4 taking over fueling setup from the stock ECU.
How problematic was it getting the fueling right through their software and getting rid of errors because the stock controller is disconnected.

@@yvestheunissen Not sure what are you trying to say by that but MP4 control pumps by using original ECU signal

The OEM pump really able to handle 550WHP?
Yes OEM pump capable for 550-580whp with lift pump mode or RS7 Fuel pump bucket upgrade ! But this is on turbo setup not supercharger ... I’m using very low blend E15/35 depend on weather
@@Svarogperformance interesting, never found any info on these pumps. Working on a build myself and wasn't sure what they were capable of. What do you mean with "lift pump mode" and how is the rs7 bucket different? Is it the same pump overall? Any idea how much the completely stock pump.can handle?
