Probably my fave Radiohead tune. If I crank the volume and have headphones on it almost feels as if I'm leaving my body. Brilliant. Oh ya, incredible bass on this track too.
Actually, I feel like this song is taking a fat sh*t on The Bends, or more specifically the album's meaning. The Bends was all about different emotional and mental health issues, as well fears and doubts about yourself. It was a bleak and depressing album up to the very end. Airbag? Airbag feels like the complete opposite, it feels energetic and hopeful. It's one of the single happiest songs Radiohead's ever made. So it doesn't feel a toast to The Bends in my opinion, it feels like a deconstruction of The Bends, a takedown of the misery and nihilism that persisted throughout it.
Must be something we've all gone and lived through stronger that is meaningful and brings tears... it does seem there's a ton of emotion in the music and his voice too
Couple years back... Had a long drive with a friend's kids in tow 12 to 15... I started OK Computer. From the beginning for the drive and said "lemme know if y'all want me to play skip... Or put in something else..." Couple songs in they start telling me that it sounded like it was from the future.... From a future Church.... Another said... I feel like I am flying..... They never asked to skip.... They listened... And when it was over they ask me... Curt... Was that a drug or something... It made us feel weird.... I said kids... That's real music... That's what it does... But if you are ever in drugs and freak out... Play OK computer and you will be OK.
"In a fast German car, I'm amazed that I survived". Album released May '97 - Princess Diana died August '97. Her body guard miraculously survives, what was the car? A Mercedes traveling at over 60 mph ....Spooky!!!!!!😱
The Album sound s like a glorified teenage rant grunging at the world at the time there was show here in England called the Harry Enfield show he played a teenager called Kevin in one episode he upset mum and dad and got told to ...GO! to your room which he did then hanged himself on cross above his bed looking pissed of and miserable which is basically this Album! Its OK l love it and bag sound fantastic under head phone s still wondering how he did the balance one this its amazing.!
I've pretty much listened to every albums of Radiohead...and I don't like casual fans..most people just likes "Creep". But I ain't one of those people, I am a proper fan of them. Seen them live in concert too and I got teary-eyed..uhh..mostly..just..water y'know? I got the chills..but seriously though, you should totally go see them live, it's just unFuckingbelievable, guys ! like omg...you won't regret it.

For what is worth, The drums impress me the most, but great perception btw.

ok computer was a excellent album.
I find it hilarious how sarcastic this song is ... Don't know if it's meant to be though. :D
It’s meant to be a statement that technology is advancing and our life is now slowly turning to the mercy of technology
Que canción señores, mis respetos a Radiohead
The official audio left out the beeping at the end. But why?
Crying hard every time I listen to this tune.
In the random lyric vid on yt, I am born again.
It's impossible to forgive any song by RH
I thought the first lyrics were"an expert warned".
