I used to ride on a lift bus similar to the ford ones that you show in this video in elementary school. From 2002- I think 2006 (the bus company changed their name from “LaidLaw” to “First Student” in 2007 and was on a different bus for my last year of elementary school but I had the same driver and drivers aid). The first bus I was on had the lift closer to the passenger door. The light for the lift was actually on the door. Then the newer bus had the lift in the back and the light for the lift was on the outside above the door.
Corbeil Conventionals are extremely rare to the point where there are zero left in my province. Most of them were International 3800’s, and I think some were Freightliner FS-65’s.
Since Collins retired both the Mid Bus and Collins brands, it’s using the Collins brand all across America. But we believe Mid Bus was brought back in 2019 before Magellan.
@@thekarlkeeper8727 Well we meant the Mid Bus and Corbeil brands retired in 2016, before it was bought back branded Mid Bus as we saw a Mid Bus branded Collins that is a 2019 onwards in New Jersey (Bus charter: Perth Amboy, Board of Education.) We can tell by headlights and grille.
I ride a Corbeil Bus This year to School And The Bus Is First Student 2016 GMC Corbeils Numbers 145817 And 146035 Which IS Formerly Mile Square Bus Corp 721 And 1064
@Bus Master 24 Productions Collins renamed it Corbeil Bus Corporation are you dumb- they own Corbeil and dropped it in 2012 now they have 2 name schemes Mageallan and Midbus bruh
@IC CE Fan 27 Productions Mid bus as a company itself is defunct but they are still around under Collins and Collins bought back Mid bus a guy named bus 1 can prove this with one of his videos of a Collins Nexbus TH400 driving past his house and guess what IT SAYS MID BUS however Corbeil is long done for

Actually, buses were made under the name Mid Bus only until about 2013.

Well the Collins school buses are dumb. But I like the Corbeil buses better.
It’s OK anyone has opinions.
Anyone know why Corbeil stop making type C school buses?
Because International discontinued the chassis they were using for Type Cs
they stopped because they discontinued the flat grille internationals in 2004
@@caseyandtoryshalloween1236 All wrong it's because Collins own them and Midbus so pretty much in Canada some Collins are rebadged as "Corbeil"

What decides that a school bus has a black, or a yellow hood?
Mostly based on Provincial or State specifications.
I've been on those. They have seatbelts. The seatbelts are super tight. They also have an alarm that's super loud. I rode a 2014.
the company went out of buisness in 2007 . So you were in a collins, i am very smart so i know this.
