The legend. Buffon is equivalent to Ronaldo, Messi to me. The only reason he didn’t get the ballon dor is because he played goal keeper. No matter who says, to me, he is one of the greatest football player of all-time and I’m not even Italian.
I personally think Buffon deserved the Ballon d or in 2006. Cannavaro was brilliant yes but Buffon kept Italy in the World Cup that year . Buffon was great and his PK save against Mutu was sublime.
