I’m not a bodybuilder but I’m a big guy 6ft 2... 260lbs but have to be fully functional and ready for action for my job... the only thing I have passion for, no other job would come close. I’d wake up at 4 to run, do agility drills and get shots up. it felt Kobe was right there next to me talking in my ear (headphones) the entire time. I remember when he passed I cried because it felt like that person who woke me up and went to war with me every single day had past on… it took me a long time after that to realize that he is still right here and that inspiration he gave me and many others will never leave.

Watched this during first semester in college and really changed my outlook on how I try to succeed in life. Honestly didn’t start to admire Kobe until he retired and the sad thing is, is that he was just getting started. Coaching his daughter team, opening up a multi sport training facility, winning academy awards, and the man was writing a book series ON FRIGGIN WIZARDS! Like it’s crazy bruh like you really gotta go after your stuff while you here man.

this man changed my life. i’m a basketball player and i went from just kind of enjoying it to getting up on a weekend and grinding quite literally all day. now i’m on varsity in eighth grade because of this champion.
Thing's got me motivated. Kobe and Antetonkoumpo are my idols. I live in Athens and every morning I wake up and go play basketball until water comes out my shirt. One day my dream is to be and play on that NBA stage. I hope that everyone makes it.

I’m not a bodybuilder but I’m a big guy 6ft 2... 260lbs but have to be fully functional and ready for action for my job... the only thing I have passion for, no other job would come close.

I watched this and other Kobe videos every single day on repeat before my senior basketball season. I’d wake up at 4 to run, do agility drills and get shots up. it felt Kobe was right there next to me talking in my ear (headphones) the entire time. I remember when he passed I cried because it felt like that person who woke me up and went to war with me every single day had past on… it took me a long time after that to realize that he is still right here and that inspiration he gave me and many others will never leave.
