Such an amazing message given in the last...I am an elder daughter in my family and also has a younger sister . My parents never made us feel that we are less than any boy. Today I am on my own feet and just few months back my father went through an amputation and I handled that situation not only financially but emotionally also.

We are two sisters. My father distributed sweets in hospital when my younger sister was born. My father was the happiest father even after seeing second girl child. Today, Me and my sister both are scientist. My father is super proud on us. We are also from Kanpur. This is story of 1995. Nothing changed after so many years even. Family is completed even after having two daughters. We are not sons of our father. We are daughter of father :) Edit: thanks for so much love ❤️
Same here ...even my Father wanted two daughters and always tells us that he has prospered because of both of us ...and yes we are blessed beyond infinity our fathers keeps us like princesses
9:37 When Pihu/Khushi and Rashi will grow up and watch this segment. There will be tears of happiness in thier eyes. They will hug you. You are a really great dad. ❤️
When she was pregnant the only thing I wished for and thought of was ki baby healthy ho.. I never thought about gender. Even when you asked Rashi ki apko bhai chahiye ya sister and she asked you back and you said "kuch bhi ho dono mere he bacche h".. I felt haa.. bas healthy ho. Your message was great at the end. Our society is Patriarchal, not because of women or men.. there is a huge root to it with many reasons. So, women are not the only one responsible. But yes, they unknowingly support it.
Yeah you're right because you can further trace back the point made in the v that the saas or elder woman is mostly dominated by the patriarchal ideology imparted to them by her father, religion, mother or husband. It's a never ending vicious cycle. However this can only be broken when the people in power having authority can make progressive decisions even for that matter the saas or any of the decision making elders of the family.
Have seen girls taking their parents to all places and giving them every joy on earth and have seen parents absolutely shattered with their boys fighting for a piece of land their parents hard-earned.
I am a mother of a daughter and she is a single child. My husband and me always wanted to give her the best and we didn't think even once if we had a boy it would have been better. She is truly a blessing in our lives.. Now she is 15 years old and has become my good companion too!! More power to parents who don't bring up their daughters any different than the boys!!! Hope Indian mentally changes with each decade when people like you set good examples....
Ye papa ki pari Sasural mein witch na baney iska dhyan rakhna, kisi ka sukhi pariwar na kharaab karey sahi sanskaar dena. Aap shadi to karogi na kisi ke ladke sey iski , single to apney saath nahi rakhogi dhyan rakhna.
I can feel what you're trying to say to the society. I'm 18 and few months back an old lady relative told my mother to try for a boy I felt disheartened, pregnancy is crucial after 40 what if something happens? She doesn't care about it. I've been hearing this since childhood and this breaks me several times I've seen my grandmother being biased towards my aunt. I can't be happier having blessed with a sister and I know how Rashi must be feeling. Pihu will have rashi's back always! Sisters are blessing💗 CONGRATULATIONS 🎊
Sir , with you and Ritu ma'am's upbringing both rashi and Pihu are going to rock .( Touchwood 🙏) Tab aapko dekh ke log bhagwaan se baby girl maangenge❤️
The most important message is to understand that your daughters can and will always support you financially/emotionally even after they are married, only if you let them. They will be financially independent , only if you let them study. They will make you proud, be there for you, only if you let them. A daughter once married can support two families altogether financially and emotionally, just give her one chance. "It is the society that limits women, we can do anything, we are born limitless".
The only difference is what all parents think is: once they are old they can go to there son's house and he will take care of them. Nowadays daughters are also earning at par, if they come forward and start taking care of there parents then this will make a big difference.
As Gaurav bhai mentioned even boys stay away from family nowadays for their career..so this reason is becoming void now. Care can be taken even when we stay away, I've seen few families staying together just to show the society and they have no bond (that's so toxic)
@@ruta1410 so true nowadays majority ppl dont believe in joint family the couple wants to be in a seperate house like adults instead of still living around parents andd most of the times i have noticed tht daughters end up taking care of old parents never the sons
I'm the middle child as well and the second daughter in our family and when I was born, my grandma didn't even touch me and was quite disappointed about another girl child... But, I feel it's alright now because I've my family who loves me and I'm doing the best I can and I barely care about those people who possess a narrow mindedness... Thanks for sharing the message ❣️

Hello Bhayya..... Even I am a mother of 2 lovely girls. But as you mentioned in the end, some people were disappointed when they got to know that I gave birth to a girl even on second time. My first daughter is 4 years old n 2nd one is turned 2 on 29/10/2021. But believe me having child in itself is a blessing, gender doesn’t matter.but “Akal ke Andhe logonki soch hum badal nahi sakate” Thanks to my whole family (including In-Laws) that they stud by my side n love my both the daughters equally ❤️❤️❤️❤️

True influencer, salute to you bcoz there were two important message in this vlog: 1. Husband's not to keep extra marital affair wen your wife is giving her all to the child & when she needs ur support and love the most. 2. There is no difference in having a girl child and a boy child in this generation. If you r expecting a boy just bcoz u think he will take care of u(parents) & will be with you, thn that's not guaranteed.
Daughters mostly cannot take care of parents and that's 98% true and guaranteed. But with sons, you can teach them their responsibilities,I know many men who would never abandon their family.
@@aelenak that's not true Mostly sons leave their parents at old age homes or on railway platform while girls in many cases ensure their parents are taken care of You cannot generalise it. Har jagah Shravan Kumar nai hote
@@ashutoshrai3369 Lol,you're a son, will u abandon your parents? Loved the message at the end. A female already goes through a lot during her pregnancy and gives birth to a new life. People "specifically ladies" should stand with them as a pillar and not in the place teasing or demeaning them for not having a boy. People should now be happy for both the lives right.... sab bhagwan ke bacche hain .... they bring happiness in our lives. ♥️
Last few minutes of this video were probably the few best lines you’ve quoted, sir! Respect! And one more aspect I would like to add to the point raised on asking a woman for a baby boy, the chromosomes lie in the man’s body, not in the woman’s. It’s not under her control to deliver a boy or a girl! The society needs to understand the basics!
9:40 whatever you spoke about... I had the same experience with my in-laws family. I always wanted just 2 kids ( I’m blessed with 2 girls). My family is complete.

What I have seen from experience is that anytime girls are better than boys when it comes to looking after parents in their old age. But then exceptions are always there. Happy to see that God has blessed you with two beautiful daughters.
Your circle is very small and girls oriented , because you are so easily coming to a conclusion and making a generalization , as what I've experienced it doesn't matter what is the gender of the child . It depends on their upbringing. I've seen many people getting end up in old age home who have both son and daughter.

Sir, whatever you said in the last was amazing, I was expecting that you will have heard these types of things and you will raise the awareness about it. I'm so glad you did, not only in India, I'm living in Canada and I HAVE SEEN indian FEMALES are having similar mindset. I hope a change will come among all of this.
Nice message…I however feel the root cause of Indian mentality for want of a ‘boy’ child stems from girls having to leave their home post marriage while a guys parents stay with him…that is not the concept in United States or UK where irrespective of a girl or boy, they move out after adulthood or both have the choice..there are no separate rules for a boy or a girl!
so true, this is number 1 reason. and so much burden on girl's parents to spend fully on lavish wedding expenses, forceful gifts etc etc on top of it they want girl's salary as well, and expect her not to support her parents at all, wherein its norm for the guy to fully support his parents before/after marriage. there is lots more to add to this..
Sahi pakde ho😀.waise aur bhi ek problem he.raat ko India me akeli ladki nhn ghum sakte ya phir kuchh kam ho toh kar nhn sakte bahar jake.bcz rape karne keliye bht ladke already bahar rehte hen😀.boys keliye woh sab tensn nhn he.India me ye soch ke piche bht reason he.
I think the reason for males being dominated is the fact that we consider strength as more dominating factor then other aspects I think if flexibility and cleanliness was the deciding factor then our society might would have been called as matriarchal

I'm second daughter in our house. I still remember the disappointment of relatives, neighbors and society even after I was born. Of course accomplished more as girl than a son could. But that feeling of disappointment stayed with me all my life. It drove me to who I became. However, As a society we need to change. Stop this gender inequality 🙏

Thank you so much for touching upon that very important issue via a subtle message. Gender doesn’t matter, it doesn’t define you.. You are so much more than your gender, race, colour, ethnicity. You are everything.
we are two sisters of my parents, when i was child i used to hear all these things relative said to my parents but that time i dint understand much and my papa always replies and says " har beti ka baap toh hota hai, par baap ke beti ni hoti"

Although the words at last are true but are you sure you didn't want boy that's why you had the 2nd pregnancy? In most of the cases you can find a single child to be a boy while double usually are sisters or brother and sister
Pure bakwas! Mere sage bhai ki dono betiya hai, meri sagi masi ki dono betiya hai.mene to kisi relative ya ghar walo ko is subject par kuch bolte nhi suna...Unko bhi same love, affection milta hai jo ek ladke ko milta na kam na jyada....
We are two sisters and I am the younger one. Was born in 80’s and remember my parents telling me how happy my grandparents were when I was born. It’s probably the mindset that a male child could provide financially for the family or the needs and also for some cultural rituals so they have this belief and dependence upon the need for a boy. But there was already so much of disproportion because of female foeticide, when I hear so many people being blessed with girl child, I feel god is making up for all those little girls who couldn’t make it. 😇
I think it is more to do with religion. Majority male child will never change their religion and pass on their culture to the child. Whereas more women change their culture and religion for a handsome and rich husband.
@@RandomStuff-rl7lg This is a myopic view of a situation. even if they are not married to a rich and handsome husband, girls have to pick up rituals from the men’s side mostly and leave aside whatever was theirs.
@@eshat9544 Yeah they can easily leave their religion and culture but men stick to their religion. So may be our ancestors thought for the religion and culture and not mainly because of financial reasons.
@@RandomStuff-rl7lg odd again. Women don’t easily leave their culture. Why would they ? Why would anyone say that this easily !!!! True difference is a guy's parents are their responsibility but a girl can't even think to do that. A boy has to celebrate every festival with their parents but girls can't even think to do so .
@@asthamalhotra8109 yes absolutely, just imagine if ritu didn't have her brother, she would have to look after both the houses and obviously everything had to suffer accordingly, and also how often do we see Gaurav's sister. Thing is no one dislike daughters, its just the societal norms which make them of less "worth" for the parents and people prefer sons because of that. You r right 😟Seriously 😞we are 2 sisters with 1 youger brother . I am the middle one . When I was born even before and after I was born , my dadi used to say agar beta hota to ye karte -wo karte . Uski lohri manaate and whatever bla bla . And my mother used to feel bad at that point. And today I am 13 years old but I understood the reality of society. Like agar family beti hoti hai so everyone is like "oh aapki beti hui hai 'koi baat nhi😞'" and I am like 'what's the use of koi baat ni here' and about beta to we all know kya reactions hote hai . Uska 40 days ka "big" function karna hai. Uski lohri mnaani hai . And literally poori duniya ko Mithai ke dabbe . And when a girl is born - " koi baat ni laxmi aai hai ". Even though many of the people are educated in today's time still kuch log to educated hone ke saath they are like beta to must hai . One another reason for them to be like that is beti ko bohot sambhaal ke rakhna padhta hai . 😶😣Idk . Maine apna mann ye message likh ke kaafi halka kiya hai. I know ki ye publically publish hoga but still I have courage and confidence ki koi baat nhi daalo apne veiws share kro. And one last thing is comment me maine jo 'society' or stereotypes mention kiye hai, sab aise nhi hai 'many have changed but still many needs to be changed" . Ek choti koshish bhi ek big difference laa sakti hai agar hum sab thodi thodi kare to . I hope ki ye message zyada log read kre or samjhe ki "be the change you want to see in the world" or hum hi is duniya ki soch ko milke poora nhi but atleast thoda thoda karke change kar sakte hai. And yes Thanks you agar aapne ye comment end tak read kiya to ❤️🙂. And Gaurav sir you are doing a great job. Aapki itni fan following hai . Agar har ek banda (aapka follower ) bhi ek chota step le ye soch badalne ke liye to it will make a big difference. Thank you 💖

We are daughter of father :)

Every society now or in the past was patriarchal.
🙏..... ☺️ .....🙏
ua-cam.com/video/IGoj8R1ICJQ/v-deo.html

Agree
Bhai sahab apka itna subscribe kesa hua bina koi video upload karke
Didn't ask + Ratio
So true
Accurate
The only difference is what all parents think is: once they are old they can go to there son's house and he will take care of them. Nowadays daughters are also earning at par, if they come forward and start taking care of there parents then this will make a big difference.
As Gaurav bhai mentioned even boys stay away from family nowadays for their career..so this reason is becoming void now. Care can be taken even when we stay away, I've seen few families staying together just to show the society and they have no bond (that's so toxic)
I don’t think so nowadays i see more parents wishing to have a girl than a boy
Idk but this whole system of dependence or even having a baby just. So that they can depend upon them in future is very toxic in Indian society.
@@ruta1410 so true nowadays majority ppl dont believe in joint family the couple wants to be in a seperate house like adults instead of still living around parents andd most of the times i have noticed tht daughters end up taking care of old parents never the sons

True influencer, salute to you bcoz there were two important message in this vlog:

Loved the message at the end. A female already goes through a lot during her pregnancy and gives birth to a new life. People "specifically ladies" should stand with them as a pillar and not in the place teasing or demeaning them for not having a boy.

Nice message…I however feel the root cause of Indian mentality for want of a ‘boy’ child stems from girls having to leave their home post marriage while a guys parents stay with him…that is not the concept in United States or UK where irrespective of a girl or boy, they move out after adulthood or both have the choice..there are no separate rules for a boy or a girl!
so true, this is number 1 reason.
and so much burden on girl's parents to spend fully on lavish wedding expenses, forceful gifts etc etc
on top of it they want girl's salary as well, and expect her not to support her parents at all, wherein its norm for the guy to fully support his parents before/after marriage.
there is lots more to add to this..

I think the reason for males being dominated is the fact that we consider strength as more dominating factor then other aspects
I think if flexibility and cleanliness was the deciding factor then our society might would have been called as matriarchal
I think men invented almost every single thing that we r using.
Yes or No ?
@@Aviaj123 many things were invented by women too for which they didn't get credit. Women were not allowed to study or go out . And if you want to only respect inventors then only one percent men will be respected. You and I will be disrespected only . So don't give this bullshit logic. Women = Men . Women can be as successful as men and u can't deny that
@@abhinavsharma2179 Well ok so how many female lead scientist we have today? Why is it that in Scandinavian countries where the rights for men and women are way better than any country on the planet, yet the number of women in field of science and technology is still extremely less than that of Men. you know why? Because its biology
Women = Men in terms of rights ✔️
But,
Women = Men in terms of biology ❌
reason for males dominating is strength was needed in the years before 1960s to survive
So Flexibility and cleanliness is the only thing woman have?

But that feeling of disappointment stayed with me all my life. It drove me to who I became. However, As a society we need to change. Stop this gender inequality 🙏

Thank you so much for touching upon that very important issue via a subtle message. Gender doesn’t matter, it doesn’t define you.. You are so much more than your gender, race, colour, ethnicity. You are everything.
we are two sisters of my parents, when i was child i used to hear all these things relative said to my parents but that time i dint understand much and my papa always replies and says " har beti ka baap toh hota hai, par baap ke beti ni hoti"
Sabse zada yeh aunty hi bolti jitna maine dekha hai jo khud ek ladki hai 😡😡. Admi ko bolte nahi suna abhi tak maine. Or mai yeh nahi keh raha nahi bolte honge par maine nahi dekha. Shadi ke baad ladka Ho ladki dono ki vidai ho jaati hai. Shadi ke baad ladke ke maa baap ladke ke kaamo mai bolna baand kar dete hai jitna maine dekha hai.

This is also a condition put up by the patriarchal society where they really want women to give up their identity just by getting married and men easily say , women can “ easily “ leave theirs. It’s funny ! 😅
@@RandomStuff-rl7lg and I don’t know why you are bringing religion in this again and again. Not all population is changing religion when they are getting married 🙄😀 it’s only about he rituals/ customs followed on one side. Some confusion there. 😃
Very effective msg at the end. Its even in our arti

Baanjhan ko putra det Nirdhan ko maaya (x2)"
So now once you are done with this video. It's time to hop on to my handle. Eagerly waiting for your presence...😊🤗
I also have 2 daughters, but we can all see, how many times Ritu meets her family and how many times Gaurav meet his. So there are many things related to this topic, nothing can be concluded like this. All we can do is to give our best to our children, nothing else is in our hands. 🙏
( Irony is sons are only useful because one day, they will bring daughter in laws, which are daughters of someone else's 🙃)
@@asthamalhotra8109 I think it happens only in india, in western countries, among the educated desi community I see no difference, they share the vacation and festivals among two families
Ritu di is blessed to have such a nice n caring mother in law .. mine was the different case ...when i concieved my daughter ...i was told by her to have a son ...this incident created a distance between me n her somewhere .. dont know if i will be able to forget this thing ...

Even I went through in the hospital what you went through. The message that you voiced out crossed my mind too. I delivered baby girl 11 days back. My family is complete now with two lovely daughters like yours.
Thank you 💖

Absolutely agree with each word said by you sir. I belong to a small city in mp and have been in metros for education. Initially, I thought the thinking holds its prominence in the small city and rural India. But conditions are quite similar in urban India as well. Still the male member of house, be it father or brother are seen by society as a reliable person, a person who complete the family, regardless of his competence. I really appreciate the way you gave a very relevant and important msg through an entertainment vlog.
