Land is a basic factor in production. Unfortunately, land does not expand unlike human population. This has seen this precious commodity overstretched by human activities.
Today, devastating floods, drought and even cyclones are witnessed worldwide. This pegged the question; what next for human being? This was discussed in a conference hosted by National Land Commission in conjunction with the National Research Fund.
