I generally like Hyatt hotels. The interior w the plates on the wall reminds me of La Frontera Cocina’s wall of blue plates at Disney Springs. 😁 Nice Charlotte history too! 👏🏼👏🏼 I like those type of shower-heads that are directly above the ceiling.🚿🫧 Oh - hearing Jack describe the need for privacy behind the sliding bathroom door. Right?!! I literally laughed out loud!😂😂 It seems modern. My daughter Coco’s home in Sausalito was designed by an architect known for her modern style. Modern leaves me a bit cold - the only thing I like are the warming floors and towel rods!😂 I appreciate that everyone has different taste though, right? Happy start to the week! 🎉🎉 We aren’t in the direct path of the eclipse but we’ll experience it a bit. Full, enjoyable watch, thumbs up and God bless. Big sincere hugs!!!🤗💖
Sorry I'm late. It's been really crazy around here. Loved this video! SouthPark was my mall growing up. Probably the first mall I've ever been to, definitely the first mall I remember. It's changed so much over the years. We still go there from time to time. I loved the hotel. The peacocks were really cool. The room was super nice. The bathroom was pristine. The sink out in the open was a new one for me. The big sofa looked really comfy. I always appreciate Jack's witty sense of humor. It's nice that they had the restaurants on property. The breakfast looked good. There are a lot of brunch places around the city, but I totally understand not wanting to leave the hotel property. I've filmed quite a few of them, but have many more to go. Thanks for taking us along to a hotel I will never get to visit because it's just over 20 minutes from my house. 😂😂😂😂 Glad you enjoyed your stay.
No worries. We know life get crazy busy at times. We are just glad you check out our channel when you can. South Park seems to be a really nice area. The room was so nice and comfortable. We do wonder why more and more hotel designers are creating bathroom doors that are, to some degree, see through. I liked the peacock theming too. It looked really cool. I would put that peacock statue in our house if I could. Though I would probably need a smaller version of it cause that is a big statue to have in our house. I did wonder why there was peacock theming though. As much as I liked it, why did they choose peacocks? Are peacocks a symbol of Charlotte or something?? Thanks for watching our hotel review! The hotel looks nice overall. The glass door to the toilet is a huge no for me. We've been married 38 years but that's not something we experience with one another. Nope. The dining menu looks decent and the prices are typical. Great review.

Indeed. We have found it rare to go to any major city these days and not have to pay for parking. I don't know what hotel designers are doing with bathroom doors these days. It isn't moving in a good direction. If I walk into a hotel room ten years from now and the toilet is just sitting in the center of the room, I won't be shocked. LOL. I Love the Room! It's cool how the sink is located in the open, it actually makes perfectly good sense! Very Sleek & Modern Hotel. Oh, thats weird how you can see through that door where the toilet is! That's the Only thing I don't like about the room, lol
Hi guys it looked great here in this area, the hotel looked really lovely with beautiful decor and so calm looking. Loved the peacock idea ! Your room was really nice and seemed to have everything you would need . The dining options are good, gives you some choice of resturants. Nice where you had brunch, the French toast and syrup looked great, my kind of food ( sweet !) Wec would enjoy that hotel too 👍~ Anna

That is a nice looking hotel. I’ve always wanted to stay in a Hyatt. I hear they have such a good rewards program, but they just don’t have many in the towns that I visit for work. I’m not a fan of the glass doors. Our family has stayed in hotels like that And it’s not awesome. Thanks for the tour!
North Carolina is a State we still have to visit. That’s a pretty contemporary hotel. Those rain fall shower heads are my favorite. That’s a weird door. No privacy at all. I love breakfast at hotels. But in NY it was $89 for 3 people (continental breakfast style). Cool hotel.
The hotel looks nice and the rooms are lovely but having no walls around the bathroom is odd and I feel like it would get humid after a hot shower. I wouldn't like that toilet door at all. Yes, please keep the mystery!! My sister and I were on a cruise ship where I am pretty sure they hung the frosted glass doors to the shower and the toilet area (they were separate) backwards. You could see IN but couldn't see OUT. Surely it should be the other way around! Who wants to see in!! Other than that, it looks like a very nice hotel room and hotel.
LOL. That cruise ship cabin story is horrible. You would think the installer would immediately notice that you could see straight into the shower and the toilet area and realize there was a mistake. I don't know why hotels and cruise ships seem to no longer understand the purpose of bathroom doors. But yeah... other than that, it was a nice hotel. Thanks for watching!
Great hotel but those doors are not it at all. The peacock iconography was very interesting and the breakfast did look lovely it did seem a little expensive.

Every place charges for parking these days.that used to be unheard of but now it’s the norm. Looks like a modern hotel with nice decor.
