Dear Mr Vikas...i fully agree with all that you say in this video. I am South African Indian. Food and the preparation of food is the best in India. And yes...Indian food has taken over in the world. My question is ..why .Michelin...does the world still need to follow that. Michelin star..for Indian Chefs does not mean anything. We need...The Bharat Star...India is
