Our economy continues to crater and not surprisingly markets don't seem to mind all that much.
We're getting a slight fear trade and pullback today which is 100% expected because we spent the last few trading days basically going straight to the moon.
Nancy and paul pelosi are $5,000,000 LONG on nvidia as they are trying to pass the $52 billion dollar chip deal in Congress, which is needed to decouple from China supply lines of chips. If this passes, which it has a reasonable chance of doing, it's going to push up the nasdaq, crypto, and all market indices with it.
That's probably why we're surging, and inflation is coming down (so far) and interest rates are fully priced in 75-100bps. Markets are forward looking and see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Congress and the Fed are not going to allow the stock and money markets to crater. That's a lot of propping up.
