Just a question,what about value?Is it not one of the principals?Your wish for specified feature could be just uneconomical like for example HDD on a car compared to use stick,or am I missing something.If I was to pay for a big storage on the phone,it maybe unjustified when cloud could cost a friction of the price and my data will end up there eventually anyway.I am probably wrong as the value would be another step in the process of six sigma and Kano Model is just about satisfaction.Useful videos anyway and good work ,thank you!
Michal - Good to hear from you. I think you're understanding something very important. That customer value can change very quickly. The HDD on my car was perfect 10 years ago when a memory stick storage was very small. But maybe now you are correct maybe there is better solution. Thanks for the positive comments...
