Mam mostly you are eating oats smoothie juices for breakfast how will it be enough till lunch won't you guys feel hungry. Can you share a video on healthy eating for bf lunch snack dinner. Today doctor say eating twice is enough and night only fruits how will it be enough though, I'm also a vegetarian. Surviving on 2 meal a day will reduce body mass to some extent. Or any other way u can suggest. Plz post a video

We eat a light breakfast sowmya, if breakfast is heavy then we will be sleepy by 11 am 😀 we got used to eating that way
