Coron Palawan - Family Travels the Philippines

.🌊Step two of our Philippines Saga. And what a step! 🐟 Breathtaking Coron island group in north Palawan, Philippines is famous for its perfect blend of natural beauty and adventure. And not without a reason, it is as spectacular and active, as described. A not-to-be-missed destination in the Philippines.
On day one, we start the island-hopping taking the Super Ultimate Boat Tour: 🚤 We cruise through the crystal-clear waters of Coron and witness the dramatic limestone cliffs that make the island famous.
We visit 🌊 Kayangan Lake - Known as the cleanest lake in Asia, A short hike leads to a spectacular viewpoint before descending to the lake’s incredibly clear waters, perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Then, kayaking at the 🏝️ Twin Lagoon awaits - A natural wonder where two lagoons meet, separated by towering rock formations. After great snorkeling in two spots, one of them the ⚓ Skeleton Wreck - A shallow Japanese shipwreck from World War II, now home to an incredible variety of corals and marine species, we end up at 🏊 Barracuda Lake - A surreal, deep-water lake with dramatic rock formations and a unique thermocline, where hot and cold waters mix. It’s famous for its otherworldly underwater scenery. Lastly, a bit more kayaking, among mangroves in a "secret" lagoon.
Day Two, and the island hoping continues with : 🐠 Bulog Dos Island - Known for its sandbar that emerges during low tide, this tiny island offers incredible photo opportunities and stunning panoramic views. The shallow, crystal-clear waters are perfect for wading, swimming, and spotting marine life. 🌴 Banana Island - A picture-perfect paradise with soft sand, swaying palm trees, and a calm, shallow beach ideal for swimming, or just unwinding. It’s also a great spot for snorkeling, with colorful corals and plenty of fish just a few meters from the shore. 🏝️ Malcapuya Island - Often compared to Boracay’s White Beach, Malcapuya Island features powdery white sand, crystal-clear waters, and a bustling ambiance. 🌿💦
