I learned the other day watching another reaction that I've memorized Tyrion's entire monologue, LOL. "Watching your vicious bastard die gave me more relief than 1000 lying whores" is one of the COLDEST lines ever. The trial on the whole is one of my favorite scenes in TV, period, not just in this show.
You're not just hyped. Tyrion's trial brings up 3 seasons worth of stories, and the blatant lies about them make his final outburst all the more satisfying. The final speech is the moment Tywin learns his son can outsmart him, and that is one of the greatest accomplishment in the whole show. It is *easily* one of the best moments in the series.
He didn’t outsmart him here though lol. Especially with Jamie not having his hand. Even though they leave it out the show in the next episode the Cersei champion is when tywin calls her an idiot.
You HAVE to watch the bloopers of this episode. 😂 Tyrion and Jaime walk out, dancing, clapping and laughing, while everyone else joins in. Tyrion’s trial is truly one of the best performances, and has some of the best bloopers 😂
Tyrion may be the smallest in stature on Game of Thrones but his acting puts his head and shoulders above them all. I'm pretty sure he won the American Heisman Trophy Award 🏆for his acting on this show ...I would be shocked if he did not receive that honor. 🗣️1/2Man! 1/2Man! 🥇

Good question. I think not. I think it is the show reminding us that even though Tywin''s kids have kids, those kids are not named Lannister and with Tyrion dead, Jaime is the only one who would be able to name their kids Lannister. The Jaime and Cersei kids are named Baratheon.
I think what is so satisfying about Tyrion's monologue at the end, and how Peter Dinkledge played it, is that it feels so real and relatable. I would have looked/reacted/sounded the same, no way I'm going out like that. A man has too much pride, to hell with the consequences. Anyway, loving following along with you on this, mane

@@HBMHD I really don't think that they were that bad. There are episodes in both of those seasons that left folks speechless or ranting with praise. I remember those episodes well. Not just that but, I've heard GRRM talk about how tough it was for him to write episodes even though he was the book writer, and how tough it was to get other things done on the show. I can't hate if the level of GREATNESS the show gave is not seen as being on par with other seasons. Still was Great and probably the best on TV at the time.
