Love my Purple mattress but folks need to remember that IF they buy a Purple mattress from a 3rd party retail store, you do NOT get the 100-night/10 year warranty. You get whatever the retail store provides (and I know some folks who were royally screwed). One store only gives you a 60-day return policy and 5-year warranty.

Here is my honest opinion: We bought a split king for 2 adults under 200lbs. Within 8 months both mattresses sagged. In less than 8 months I developed worsening back pain and new disc issues. It is the second set to sag. Purple's customer service is NON-EXISTENT! Your only option is to pay 2,400K or more to "upgrade". You can only communicate with them via email! For a bed that cost over 5K, you can't speak to a live person? Seriously! They don't read your emails. The only thing they offer is a replacement of the same defective early sag product. While many customers likely never notice this, anyone with back/hip issues will know the difference as their pain worsens. Please do NOT buy into the hyper. This is just artificial plastic and foam that doesn't last for the price. I am sick that wasted 6k on this bed. That said if you love pressure relief to the point you sink and don't mind your body is not in proper alignment, then you may like this over priced bed.

I can verify having the exact same issues. It was a beautiful feeling mattress at first, but (as best I can tell), the springs under the purple grid are too cheap to take the substantial weight of the purple material and the weight of two people. Save your money, buy something else.

Stearns & Foster is the same way! Horrible! I didn’t even get my order from them since they wouldn’t speak to me on the phone. I had an issue come up after I placed an online order. I cancelled my order after trying to speak with someone for a whole week to resolve.
