So I'm a Canadian and Obviously VERY HAPPY with Roger's awesome Silver Medal. She certainly made her Country proud.!!🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 We KNOW we'll be seeing much more of this young Phenom .. Congrats girl!! 👏👏👏 But I have to also point out something that was BEYOND the medal hunt and it transpired during the US Andersen's last throw, which as we saw... she had the Gold Already wrapped up and was throwing merely to improve her already Longest throw. What caught my attention and actually nearly brought tears to my eyes, was her explosion of Raw Emotion ( and clearly POWER too ) as she released that last Hammer throw.... 🚀 I'm thinking it may have had a little to do with the roller coaster of emotions she's went through in the past year?? Beginning of course with her JUST MISSING top 8 in Tokyo Olympics 2021 and failing to gain herself the all important additional 3 throws. It was devastating clearly, as many had her as FAVOURITE to win Gold there. Jump ahead a year later.... and by the time her 6th and final throw came around, GOLD already in the bag, you could tell the weight of this moment was beginning to set in and when she released that powerful Hammer throw 💥 it all exploded out.!! Both on the field with a nearly 79m Launch.... AND in depths of her soul. All culminating in that magical moment and we saw her begin to Cry even before she stepped outta the ring. What a moment. So proud of her.... congrats girl, 👏👏👏
@@kartikeyasharma6142 Considering the Perfection of the technique required while the hammer thrower is making his circular revolutions across the circle prior to the release of the hammer , he is 20 times more likely to foul out either by throwing the hammer into the net , or the sheer momentum of the hammer literally pulling him out of the circle. It is much easier to throw the Discus, Shot-Put or yes even the javelin , without fouling out !!!...I Rest my case 😌 !!!...
The future of women’s hammer is in EXCELLENT hands!! For those wondering, they can actually recheck the athletes in the circle with what’s called “eagle eye”- cameras that show the circle at ground height. All throws, unless purposely fouled by the athlete or a clear sector foul are measured, with potential fouls being “silent” measured. That allows for an overruling of a call.
I hate that every time Kadsanavoid is up, the announcer is like "You know she's here because she was bad at shotput and disk" "Failed at shotput and disk but succeeding at hammer" "Wanted to be a personal chef, but she's good at hammer. Those souffles will have to wait"
Even at the end of this video when she took third! "Kasanavoid wasn't quite good enough at the shotput, wasn't quite good enough at the disk. She is plenty good at the hammer throw." Dude just let her be good at hammer, wtf with these caveated compliments
There's nothing like a strong, powerful women. 🙋🏽♂️I love them all!!
Wait til you see Dave, he’s transitioning as we speak so expect new world records very soon.

We had 3 throwers over 70m in NZ a couple of years ago, now we only have one, it takes time and commitment to throw long.
Excellent performance.

These women are badass, I love it.
The moment when the team celebrated so hard they broke the trophy-craziest moments in women's sports, no doubt.
Roger's kills me😂
"reading, writing, poetry, & throwing far"
There is no field event more technical than the Hammer Throw !.....
Javelin

LAs mejores del mundo en mirando también se aprende a lanzar martillo el más dificil de los lanzamientos
These ladies are hot and healthy and amazing! God bless america!
Look all I'm saying is, that net does not look sturdy enough to stop a loose hammer
Trust me, it does without any issues. I’ve officiated hammer hundreds of times and that net they use is VERY effective.
❤
