However bro Andrew....There are plenty of testimonials of people that have sought healing with repented hearts and actually received it. So we can't or shouldn't TOTALLY dismiss the performance factor.
Not sinning or doing good works will not get you anywhere with God, no matter how well you perform.
But sinning/not doing good works can harden your heart towards God, impacting how you receive from Him.

No Mr. Melven, you are confusing things. You clearly have no revelation on the purpose of the Cross of Christ. When you believe in Christ and His finished work on the cross, you receive Christ's Spirit. When you accept Christ as Lord, you believe he DIED FOR YOUR SINS! Past, present and future sins. Only with a true understanding of the gospel can you begin the process of mind renewal. Mind renewal is the undergoing of the process of your mind becoming like Christ's. This is when the fruits of the Spirit given to all believers at the cross begins to manifest. You will find yourself living a more holy lifestyle not even trying than you will ever achieve through trying because you're determined to follow God's laws. Most Christians mind's are conformed to religion as opposed to renewed through the Gospel Of Christ. The two are NOT the same. When your mind is conformed to religion it leads to self-righteousness.The Lord detests self-righteousness. Self-righteousness leads to condemnation and their is no condemnation for those that are in Christ. It's about what Christ did that makes us right with God if we believe it! It's never and never will be about what we do, did or will do! True obedience through works and living a blameless life is a result of a true understanding of what Christ did!! We get no glory for it! We're simply being who we became once we accepted Jesus as Lord. And this change is effortless because it's achieved as a result of the renewed mind you've attained through revelation of the true gospel. This was Paul's whole ministry! Yet the religious people who had no revelation of the gospel slandered Paul's name by saying that he was preaching that it was okay to sin because of grace when Paul preached no such thing! We're saved by grace and grace alone. And the only way to lose this salvation is to deny Christ.

Sir, please I need answers. If Jesus has done it all and it is no more if works, why then would righteousness be needed for the exaltation of the nation?
I love Andrew's teaching, but he said before that Jesus took all punishment for sin on the cross, so he will not punish America. Here he infers that it could happen.
He takes all sin away when you accept Him and accept that He indeed died for you. Now most Americans don't want to accept Christ we see it through all the evil they do. And in Romans 1:28 (MSG) Since they didn't bother to acknowledge God, God quit bothering them and let them run loose.
