If anyone took the time to observe all the video, to go back, and forth and look at all the so-called projectiles hitting the water the splash height in the water are all the same height, same features of the splashing. Also you will see a young boy running with a yellow donut/ ring like floaty. This so called explosion/ projectile goes off when this young boy is running, and he is right in the middle of it. Then you noticed the boy still running, not hurt, or not falling to the ground. Also there is no hole in the ground where this projectile hit, or explosion went off by this boy. It all looks CGI to me and staged. It could have been in GA , or SC as far as we know. Makes one say 🤔
