Well done with the contest and with completing the film! So much to love here, especially on multiple watches. Really impressive how interwoven the whole story is!
Good to see the finished version! Both are amazing! Congratulations on 2nd place in THAC! This entry was stuck in my head for 2 weeks and now you present this wholesome plot twist. So cool! The sfx are on point and some shots look better too! Love the animation and lighting! You always use so many creative techniques! I’m a huge fan of your style! Impressive work!
Glad you enjoyed it! I couldn't just leave it unfinished when I was only a few shots short. Not sure how wholesome the plot twist really is- poor Baker is gonna be convicted for a crime he didn't commit!
Rip Baker. Hope he’ll get through that. He will probably work in prison as a cook. Thanks to his skills he could gain popularity. People out of jail would want to taste his delicacies. That way the Baker would remain Butcher’s rival. He might even send hidden messages inside the cookings to prove his innocence.
Yes I know... I just watched this now... I've had a lot on my plate recently. With that said, this is very unique, and HOLY HECK how did you make this in less than 24 hours??? 😅
Good thing about UA-cam is you don't have to catch it on release day! This cut took a few more days than the THAC one. There were a few shots that weren't fully animated originally 'cos I ran out of time. Literally spent the full 24 hours, no breaks so I think I found my limit.
This was brilliant! 😂 Thumbs up from another LEGO UA-camr!!
great and dynamic camera! I love it!
This is one of the most comical and humorous masterpieces I've seen in a while. Such a deep story as well!
Hello there
That Monster Fighters face works really well for a Detective. Loved both versions of this and congratulations on the well deserved second place.
Another banger!
That clock shot 😯
That was the original plan, but I had less than 40 minutes left until the deadline!
congratulations on coming second place, I really enjoyed this and it's one of my favourites. It's a nice story.

Woah i was just about to rewatch this masterpiece again and then you went ahead and uploaded a final cut. Sweet!
Swept in just in time!
This script is so good. Glad to see the final version, dunno what that unicorn subtext was all about though
Great additional edits and fun end credits scene! Ooo, tease of a sequel? 😂
I don't know about a sequel, but I'm sure these characters will show up from time to time. Maybe even the body...
wow

@@dagarbes4250 he does make the best pastries. Unparalleled in fact.
I doghnut need to know the crumbs. Get to the meat. This was really good. Are you using RAW photos for this one?
Luc delivered that line like a champ! Really pushing the pun limits. I actually just use fine jpgs. Raw would be good but the file sizes are insane!
