Do you guys not see a housing correction. From the metrics of income to housing costs im seeing 30 to 40 percent price corrections needed.

There is definitely quite the wage gap compared to homes prices. 30-40% seems high, but with the demand being as high as it is, we don't foresee home prices coming down anytime soon.

Definitely a couple options in North Reno as well. Some single family homes that are all house with a tiny yard starting in the low to mid $400’s
