It is for the home audience. The cameras are placed at strategic points. 101 of being an idol is stage presence and a big part of that is how you connect with your eyes to the home audience. Hara is one of the BEST in the business at it. She has been that way from the start during live performances. She is a natural.
I was sad when Nicole and Ji young left and I was for sure going to hate whatever they did to this group. But I really like how they handled the change and youngji is doing amazing in this group.
YoungJi finally did the hair toss in the beginning.Usually she just ignores it.She is under a TREMENDOUS amount of pressure. I like that Hara has her hair like that rather the puffy pigtails. Gyuri still has the most unique singing voice in KPOP..What really stood out to me was Hammie...she truly owns it in this song. Her hair looked great with her pretty face and she nails every dance step.
it really saddens me coming back and watching old performances you can tell they try to not show youngji that much on purpose even when its her part like at 1:53 so glad this is not the case anymore all thanks to roommate
i think in terms of live performances kara is the best singing live (at least one of the best). i mean they all developed their singing ability, they have harmony when they sing all together. and eventhought hara's voice is not as powerfull as the others, her voice is actually good live. she is doing a very good job. so are the other ones. kara fighting ^^
