The lineup you said is EXACTLY my lineup and I'm so sad that this might not even be implemented... That group could literally not go wrong. Also I think the reason for Jeongwoo's trade is that Rhythm lacks severely in terms of Korean members and the KR audiences are not exactly fond of them for that reason. Trading in Jeongwoo and bringing back Juwon is at least going to help with their onsite votes, like can you believe JL only ranked #15 onsite in the first stage of performances? It's honestly ridiculous. If they debut the lineup you mentioned, they would be the perfect global group because they are strong both internationally and also locally. I just hope they get good songs and perhaps get El Capitxn on the contract.
I really think that none of them, even the mentors knew that there would be a double elimination. Ten and yang yang did a really smart move to include those 5 members in two performances. Jeongwoo is a fan favorite of Korean fans and although he seems like a weak link, Ten and Yangyang know very well the importance of stan attractors (especially domestic fans) for an idol group even if they lack a bit in skills. I think the purpose of trade during episode 8 is to determine which team they will be performing in case the trainee has a lot of online votes. Take example of Joohyung of Team Groove. Although he did not perform at all, his fans saved him and was ensured a spot at his team. Maybe the producers thought that in case a trainee was traded and has a lot of voters, then the team they are traded in will be their team in the finals (But this did not happen tho). TBH, I think the system suck, but I could feel that they really tried to think unique ideas. I could understand since its rare to see team battles in survival shows like Universe League and maybe that's why there were so many unpreceded happenings. Well I have a theory, baseball consist of 9 players but have a 7 starting players just like this survival show. I also think that they have an un-written rule not to trade the Aces per Team (JL, Park Han, Woongki) coz they have a special participation in the finals (just to make the debuted Team even stronger like other survival shows) Im thinking, if ever Team Rhythm win, Park Han and Woongki will be added to debut. To complete the 9 players like in baseball. Try to think of it, if changsub pick JL and Woongki in the 1st Ep, they will be unstoppable, the debut of his team is 100% sure.

As Yangyang said I think they want a new dynamic on the team for Jeongwoo has that innocent vibe that goes well with JL, Daisuke, Juwon and Chi En while he also possess a strong and kinda sexy vibe that goes well with Woongki (he is more on the strong and sassy kind for me haha), Hannie, Steven and Shuaibo.
I mean Dongyun messed up the last drafting for the last challenge which made him lose chances with both stages. Though I'm kinda interested with their plans cause Ten and Yangyang mentioned that Jeongwoo fits their concept for the final stage. I Think Dongyun excels at rapping. His rap verses in 'One and Only' were a highlight for me. He has a powerful delivery and stage presence. The coaches should have made him rap instead of sing.
I stick with 7 members. many contestants have debuted before so it's natural they have a lot of votes thas unfair. So I think it's enough to debut just two experienced people.
Why did they have that elimination and trade only to do what they did in EP 9. These are my least favorite team beat songs, I did like Woongki's vocals in My My My. JL fans got mad at me on twitter and told me they had 50 accounts they are voting with. That's how his votes went up. He is good but wow they are toxic.

If team Rhythm wants famous trainees Zhinuo, Joohyoung, Zenzen, Kenta and Hanseo are more popular than Jeongwoo. As Yangyang said I think they want a new dynamic on the team for Jeongwoo has that innocent vibe that goes well with JL, Daisuke, Juwon and Chi En while he also possess a strong and kinda sexy vibe that goes well with Woongki (he is more on the strong and sassy kind for me haha), Hannie, Steven and Shuaibo.

Though I'm kinda interested with their plans cause Ten and Yangyang mentioned that Jeongwoo fits their concept for the final stage.
Though I have so many personal choice other than Jeongwoo from Groove. Like there's Hanseo and Kyungho who are much stronger competitor based in skills. (Though not as favored by fans than Jeongwoo). So I guess let's just let them cook I guess?

I Think Dongyun excels at rapping. His rap verses in 'One and Only' were a highlight for me. He has a powerful delivery and stage presence. The coaches should have made him rap instead of sing.

Why did they have that elimination and trade only to do what they did in EP 9. These are my least favorite team beat songs, I did like Woongki's vocals in My My My. JL fans got mad at me on twitter and told me they had 50 accounts they are voting with. That's how his votes went up. He is good but wow they are toxic.
