    The brown meat hit by water is edible, its cooked, its cooked beef, it blends in if cooked and looks real bad next to raw meat

    This is difficult because I cannot afford $6500 worth of beef

      @@johnnychimpo7539in Canada it would. The grocery supplies have a monopoly in Canada and can charge whatever they want for beef. It would easily be $6500 for this amount

    DO NOT TRIM A BRISKET!

    You started this video with a statement that you were going to remove this deckle. Removing the deckle would require you to separate the brisket into the flat and the point. All you did was trim the brisket.

      The majority of the deckle was removed and that’s what most people refer to. Ain’t nobody trimming 40 briskets for food service is gonna separate the flat from the point: 😂

    So what did you need to cook all these briskets for? do you have a restaurant? Do you go through this much brisket in a day or a weekend how long does it take to go through this much.

    Why did you remove the fat which contains the best nutrient

    • @BeatdownBBQ
      @BeatdownBBQ  3 місяці тому +2

      Because a lot of it won’t render and when you cook involved, you need to make sure they are all similar weight and shape. Make sense?
