How interesting and refreshing to see the girls giving thanks on bowing knee. Contrast that with our mainstream American culture where the growing prevailing outlook seems to be that of a 'self-pitied, self-entitled' mindset.
These kids may be orphans, but in some respects they appear to be in a better environment than many youths in much of western culture whose minds are constantly being bombarded with so many of the worthless, corrupting values of mainstream media and pop-culture.

Yes, in those respects they do have an advantage. It is basic necessities that are lacking: food, clothes, clean water, basic education, love and care. It is such a blessing that they don't have electronics to distract them and in that sense they are more "natural."

I can't get it why people waste so much $$$ on traveling so far away,while we have so many much needed volunteer positions locally. Donating that $$$ would be more helpful for those in need

If all that you see out of these videos is a 'waste', then I feel sorry for the skewed bleary lens from which you view the global world. Of all things to critique in this fallen world, why would one choose to go down the road of those demonstrating goodwill, benevolence, and
charitableness in an area that has a fraction of the resources as does our locales?
