Hey man honestly it depends on what stage you are in life. Obviously in my opinion quitting both of them would be the healthier option and you would make more progress in life. I haven't watched a movie in around 2 years haha. If you have goals that are more improtant like building a business, getting better grades I would put all of your focus onto these first before you consider any of these habits (especially if there's a sense of urgency to achieve these goals). You will also realize that they aren't that fun compared to working on your purpose or your goals. So ask yourself which is more important, your goals or video games / watching movies?
