Oh no!!! Coach needs to do better! A bubble mailer??? That’s crazy! I really enjoy this tabby line but it seems like the quality isn’t consistent. I'm so sorry you had that experience.
That’s super disappointing because the bag is so beautiful. I got mine in store and I made sure to get a brand new one and had the SA gift wrap it since it was a birthday present to myself. Sorry the bag didn’t come in perfect condition. I’ve only had one bad experience with my online order and it was definitely a return because it was missing the dust bag and the stitching was so bad 😢

I had similar experience last year, where 2 Coach reserve card cases were sent in bubble mailer packaging and my 2 card cases came in 'mangled'.😭 Had it been packed in a box, this would not happen?! It pained me to see them in such state and I quickly e-mailed customer service. The first 2 service reps said they would let me return the products, even though 'Final Sale' wording only showed up after the purchase has been made! Then the 3rd service rep told me it's final sale, it cannot be returned, and after lengthy friendly heated discussion, the rep agreed to give me CAD$23 refund to compensate for the whole mess.... 💔
Oh wow, that sounds so frustrating!! I do wonder how many items are damaged because of poor packaging... and plus its wasteful since they're now damaged and no one should have to accept that!
I got three bags and most of them look like the one you have ...all of them like that i think is the leather hard to make it even or without line wrinkles

That is dissapointing. I have the denim Tabby 20, luckily with no issues, but i know other people have had issues with theirs. Your Parker bag is gorge, love that metallic color! Tfs!❤
I thought I was the only one this happened to. My husband purchased this bag for me for Mother’s Day from the Coach website, and he actually selected gift wrapping. It was not delivered by the guaranteed date and it came in a brown mailer bag from Tapestry. I could not believe it. The bag definitely had some defects. I sent it right back and have no desire to purchase another one.
the way it was delivered is really weird tbh. like when you buy from the coach outlet they don’t give you packaging which is understandable. but when you’re buying from the og coach store and the bag is full price, it should always come in nice packaging
@frameofmind444 absolutely, I'm used to getting outlet pieces in padded mailers (but still usually in a ton of factory packaging), but full priced boutique? So shocked! 😟
Coach today, has NOTHING whatsoever to do quality wise… with vintage Coach, IMO..I also think today the brand looks like most of its bags are somewhat flashy looking and bad knockoffs.. Thank you for sharing.x
Yes, vintage Coach as with most brands I'm finding, is such a stark contrast when it comes to quality! I did quite like some of the bags that came out in the earlier years with Stuart Vevers, and now there are just so many releases it's hard to keep up!

I had similar issues with my yellow one I purchased at Nordstrom. The corner stitches seemed to be pulling. It was weird. I had to return it.
