A freelance design scratch build Kerr Stuart diesel shunter Pt 1

My scratch build project, loosely based on a 1928 Kerr Stuart diesel shunter. The loco is made from brass. It will run using an EVNorth chassis with a 6v motor (see link).

Once I have an outline plan, I tend to make things up as I go along, buff and cuff. I do get caught out now and again but these locos have taught me a few good lessons, but always good fun!
