Gotta love the old school elements, I’m also trying to embrace them into my pieces. thanks for the information
Am i the only one that was stunned by the use of parchment paper? 😂 ran straight to the office to try this haha
No, you weren’t. I too was stunned.
Pls do more of these🔥I absolutely love the piece and how you broke it down ❤️
In the best way, you on some other shit bro. Prime numbers of chips... wow. Just needless to say at this point, but there are very few people in this world, especially in regards to information availability, that articulate this as well as you. Keep doing your thing, bro, much appreciation, much respect.
Beautiful please do more like these 🙏🙏🙏
Thx for the Tutorial, I been wanting to draw some pieces
Great sketch 👍
This was great. Normal tutorials are good too, but it is really interesting seeing someone explain their thought process and reasoning why they did what they did in the piece. I really like those little lines you add into the letters, it really helps suggesting structure, boosts flow... There are many interesting use cases for them.
Also what is the reason behind using prime numbers? Does it have some special reasoning or is it just a thing people came up with by observing what looks good and we dont really know why it is like that?
I’ve been watching your videos for a long time now and just realized I never subbed your channel 🤦🏼♂️
Now I finally did 😅👍🏼
Nice video as always Grim 💪🏼👌🏼
Yes, do make more videos like this.
Do more of these but can you do it from the start. In this case the sketch was already done could you show from start to now

i always just struggle in pieces with my flow. my name has no flow to it (DXRK) and im too far into doing graffiti to just change my name (around 7-8 months in.) and i find that X is such a hard letter to work with (not only working it in with the R and D but also just as a solo letter)
well i actually have a pretty good straight letter but my main problem is that i think i have to be insanely good already even though i am still pretty recent to the scene. all the artists that i want to be like have been doing this stuff for years + i didnt start practicing pieces until january so its of course not going to be DONDI or MILES levels right now. i just set too high standards for myself, my piece is pretty good and i just need to keep practicing it to get better
I have an X in the name i write too. It is a difficult letter to flow in and out of but once it clicks youll have something unique since not a lot of writers use X
@@IkawaMansion i found an interesting way to make it fit but im not sure if im going to stick with it (its on my community page if you want to see)
does anyone remember the video where he clarifies how many embellishments is in a standard piece vs wildstyle
I don't remember the video but I do remember saying any prime numbers work back then too. Prime numbers isn't an absolute, it's almost always the way to go and almost always guarantees balance
@@Theartistblock you’re the goat
A chrome shine would of did it even better
