This is my kind of guy. Guy with vision for his Hmong families.
The owner should create a BIG arcade room like the famous Aladdin's Castle back in the 1970s. You don't realize the nostalgia and big popularity of arcade games back in the 70s-90s. It would feel so refreshing to see a revived arcade that you just don't see anymore in this modern era. Today, there's very little to no arcades in shopping malls throughout the USA ☹

sounds like, tuam, got a really good deal, from Maplewood mall lamdlord/owner. more like trying to boost and call out for hmong community to shop at Maplewood Mall. ATM economic not so great. lots of the big guy, retail store are shut down.. not sure this is the right time to make this move but wll c❤.. goodluck.❤❤

I would open an arcade store/computer technology repair shop.
Bro, they've done that at Hmong Village but the Arcade, and the Karaoke were gone. I think there's still a computer store/service still there.
If I have $15,000,000, I will not put in to this kind of business. If you have money, ideas, or better products, do now in the Hmong Town market. There is better location and better suit for Hmong stuffs, in my view.

I think it’s not suitable for hmong stuffs. Will see if I’m wrong in a few years.
