Interesting.. I literally just finished watching your kh2fm data org guide for the 5th time, and now this shows up in my subscription box. Nice.
Im happy to say these fights are better then ones in kh2fm.
Well the KH3 data fights have little to no RNG in it. 2FM has quite some RNG such as zex's book world.
Safe to say Osaka showed their true potential for making better designed bosses than Tokyo (data fights and yozora) but is the same team that made Mysterious Figure 😂😂 they learned a lot
@@dcuniverse8874 They not only got used to the new engine; they also nailed the aspect that made KH2FM so memorable to fans, and managed to bring the best out of characters that appear past KH2FM, even old timers like Ansem, Riku-Ansem got better too!
I wouldn't go that far lol kinda curious what Biz's opinion is tho
@@heavyrain5949 his opinion is the same as OP; he says it in the REMIND review video. He said he thinks they’re the most well-designed super bosses in the series along with Yozora; yes that includes 2FM data org. Not “too far” when it’s just objective at this point.

All pro codes is imo the coolest way to do these bosses in speedrun format. It actually involves interacting with them as opposed to just blowing them away with fire spam.

Yeah, this makes me excited seeing how much Osaka improved from DDD to 3. I just hope ReMind is the standard for the next base game now, and they don't pump out another Skoll...
Darku Scarlet one thing about Remind is the bosses are all human sized, that alone makes them better than almost every main game boss.

Honestly, KHIII is the most fun I've had in KH since KHII. I just like this style more than Command Decks.
So.. I was wondering.. What is the 'main' category that's ran when it comes to data org? I'm guessing lvl 1 critical mode all pro codes? There are so many variations in restrictions of fighting the data orgs in kh3. I mean.. I enjoy watching all of them, but just wondering.. Cuz I feel like more restrictions than this would just cause the fights to drag on for way too long without adding any additional challenge or difficulty.
Everyone runs regular LV1 Data Org. I'm the only one doing this at the moment

Hey Biz, I am going to be doing a level 1 crit all pro codes (codes only on bosses of course). Do you or anyone have a good idea of the best choices in the beginning to choose from that makes the most sense for this type of challenge? Thanks for any responses.
I saw a video, and there’s actually some crazy counter strats against Riku. It’s pretty hard and I could see you knowing it exists and not doing it anyways since it’s hard to do consistently imo, especially in a true RTA setting
@Bizkit047 I don’t know if you know about it, but in the Xemnas fight when he throws you in the air and launches the 4 orbs, there’s a way you can critical guard them and reprisal combo for extra damage before the drop attack! It’s a bit hard to explain how to consistently do it, but the extra damage saves a good amount of time as well.
Just finished the last of all 13 data battles including Yozora with all pro codes on and I want to thank you so much for your videos because they truly helped make these fights seem way more approachable and gave me new strategies to use. Your level of skill is absurd and your gameplay is super clean. Extremely well done my friend

Hey Bizkit just finished to watch the run and it was sick!!! And with Larx that risk dodge fail is based on her movement since she teleports from that kunai attack you can't just press circle instantly or game won't register her position as for riku you can punish that attack with puddle in 1st phase by flashstepping through the puddle as soon as it closes works always for me. I wonder if the Wizard's Ruse trick was an oversight by the devs to allow healing with Pro Codes, or an intentional solution to help us out. I think it was intentional because of how useless Wizard's Ruse is otherwise lol
Wasn't an oversight at all, as the Pro Codes only restrict Links, Shot-Locks , FC's, GM, Items and Cure, not healing entirely.
im pretty sure when xion does that move where you guard the lasers coming right at you and airstep to her, you can jump and guard the lasers and then counter slash will hit her instead of having to airstep.
1:23:20 99 Elixirs, the best food that also gives you Firaza I think?, Ultima Weapon, Grand Chef, Nano Gear and either Crystal Snow or Happy Gear are used in LVL 1 No Pro Code Runs. I’m not sure if you have to max every keyblade since some of their abilities are pointless but probably better safe than sorry. Some people have also experimented with Hero’s Origin for double Counter Flurry strats. Genji Uesugi and Denhonater on UA-cam are the guys I know that post the most up-to-date quick kills.

Trying to do Crit All Pro Codes on Data Org now. I’m currently running Ultima and Grand Chef, with all ribbons, two Wisdom Rings and a Forest Clasp for HP Walker, although I don’t know how effective the Forest Clasp is. Is there something better to use instead? I’ve read about using a Cosmic Arts for Damage Syphon or a Rune Ring for Extra Cast while using Block Replenisher to always stay above 1MP.
why do you pretty much always jump before attacking? Rather than just doing a ground combo?
I think it covers the most distance very quickly

Considering formchanges and abilities, what would you say are the best 3 keyblades for critical mode?
I know I'm not biz but for me, ultima weapon, ever after (for its health regen shotlock because of the stupid MP design choice, and hero's origin. I'm assuming that you don't have oathkeeper or oblivion.
I know this is a late comment, but what is the difference between counters and crit counters? Like how do you know which is which?
I'm glad I cought this comment kinda early. Crit counters are only available as an ability option for critical mode, and they reward the player's reprisals with more damage for correctly timing blocks. You can tell when you've timed a block well enough because when the attack connects, Sora will glow bright red as it prompts you to press whichever button as a follow up. Hope this helps!
Oh and there'll be a slight audio cue as well. Normal counters have none of this and the lack of those effects indicate your block was too early. Good timing comes with blocking juust as the attack would have hit Sora.

What counter/reprisal is best for these fights? I think there's one that lets you quickly move behind the boss. Which is it? I'm having a difficult time with this on critical.
That's risk dodge. For Reprisals, Counter Kick is fairly broken and easy to use, but the others keep you on the ground and in place better, just less s than Kick
@@Bizkit047 Thanks, I have risk dodge equipped but haven't gotten. The timing down for it. So far all I've managed to beat is Luxord and Ansem. Even on critical lvl 99 with ultimate, oath, and oblivion, game was too easy. Then I got to the new data battles and the difficulty did a 180. Now it's very difficult.
How can you have an overlay for ds4 input in obs when it's connected to the ps4?
Follow up question. Do you have all flowmotion attacks turned off? Great videos, btw! Your videos inspired me to livestream to my friends and record my subpar gameplay to see where I can improve and hopefully get as good as you in the future!
You can connect the PS4 controller to the PC via USB, and still have it control the PS4 itself. He uses a site called Gamepad viewer to display the buttons and overlays it onto his stream. Since the PC is still detecting the inputs simultaneously with the PS4, that is how it is being read on the PC side, but still working with the PS4.
Since you can't really use flowmotion in this area, it wouldn't make sense to have it enabled. Since one of the pro-codes only lets you equip 30 abilities, I think he just puts on the essentials.

What do you get for beating the Data Battles in KH3?
Hey Biz! I don't follow your streams much so I'd like to know why don't people run against the wall and dodge roll through Ansem's 2nd DM(the funky balls of darkness part) like they do MX's laser attacks? From what I've experienced it seems pretty consistent to roll through the balls that way, and way safer than rolling sideways since the timing stays consistent. Is there a reason I'm missing?
I'm not sure what you mean, but if you're rolling into the wall that means you're not rolling into them, which sounds riskier?
@@Bizkit047 For some reason rolling away from Ansem/into the wall like you would during the laser attacks in Data MX's DM(between his shadow clone spams) just before the balls hit seems to safely get Sora through the attack, even the swipes/tentacles he does in the middle of the DM.
At the very least, I've been able to do it consistently since I kept messing up the timing of dodging it sideways.
What makes Vanitas rough?
Getting a DM skip i'd assume.

vanitas doesnt have a fixed moveset based on RV. he's sometimes random and could cost a run if u do him at the end. there's another kind of rng fight i dont remember, but biz talked about this

I'm sure he won't do a video anytime soon cause of other stuff, but I will give my insight. My opinions stand that Osaka Team can make better designed bosses than Tokyo Team, but Osaka is still horrible at game balance

Try using aero in Larxenes dm, since it's more like magnet and it can hit more then once do to the small suck in damage multipled by the clones the damage is higher

Because people freak at the first sign of losing. So many games nowadays are too easy and people no longer know how to handle a challenge. It’s sad really.

nono, don't get too ahead of yourself. entirely different paces of games and, subjectively untrue? i've played through every souls game and no boss has matched the difficulty of data org, for me. I mean, do you want to tell me that, idk, crystal sage? is harder than any average boss here? I could see a case made for DLC endbosses like Midir and orphan, but I find that each boss in souls is relatively simple because it has to be, to match the player's moveset.

Hp slips keeps reducing your health until it's just above critical levels
Mp slip keeps reducing mp until you only have 1 left and doubles the recharge time after full magic consumption
There are 13 Pro-codes and there is a 13 by the gauges meaning they should all be equipped
