@anime123231 It's an opening theme of Diebuster. You may think that it's Chobits because they're the same band that performed "Let Me Be With You", the opening theme song from the said anime.
Diebuster is the sequel to Aim For The Top! Gunbuster, a Gainax (the same studio that did FLCL, Evangelion and Gurren Lagann) OVA that came out in the late 80's. It's nce and short, it's mecha, it's ridiculously good-looking and well-animated, and definitely worth a watch.

@@isaac8441 while im glad you did im gonna have to partly disagree, bothe are really good, but i did feel like they missd the mark with the characters on gunbuster, literaly everything BUT the characters is better on gunbuster, so in that aspect i do feel diebuster does a far better job
@@inventor4279 Gunbuster does Smith Toren who's kinda lame, but certain parts of Gunbuster were convincing enough character moments for the Gunbuster characters to be a lot better imo. Nono and Tycho from Diebuster are still pretty cool though. I just have a thing for the way some Hideaki Anno projects have more subdued character development like specific scenes with Shinji from Evangelion and *especially* scenes from Kare Kano with Tsubasa Shibahime (goated character ngl). Biggest thing for me though is the music and visuals which are "pretty good" in Diebuster but are legendary in Gunbuster. First few minutes of Diebuster do come close though, great opening scene. Either way, no regrets watching the sequel.
Even somg from 1975 quality sound is good. Ever heard of this song called "Rouge No Dengon" if you watch this anime called kiki delivery service then you will know.
