While I totally understand the reason for her vacating the role of Alexis, I really wish we had gotten way more of her, even if she was less than Alexis-like written. I honestly used to hope that (and this is if the show had gone on for a few more years, mind you) that Elaine Hendrix's Alexis was revealed to actually be Sable in a revenge plot against her "dear cousin" and that Nicolette would return as Alexis. Oh well, guess that will never be.
