Hi Monica, great question. The equipment portion, the vehicles would be easier to finance because the collateral is the equipment or the vehicle themselves. However not sure how long you’ve been in business what your revenue is here today. That would play a role in the debt service coverage ratio and the ability to repay the loan. The bank we use is asking 20% downpayment of the whole amount and i dont have that money for now and i got alot of oders to the point that is not a side hussel no more my boss wont allowed me use the shop for doing my own full kitchen job
Hi Tina, No you can't. The lender will consider any applications for a business purchase without evaluating cash flow from business you're looking to acquire. What types of businesses are you looking at?

Hi Pratima, you would need a SBA 504 loan because it has a fixed rate and has 25-year amortization. However, it gets tricky if you want to buy a residential home and convert to a dental office. There is so much talk about business finances within the SBA 7a Loan. I'm going to be applying for the loan to start a business. If they need all this information about the business and it doesn't exist yet, then what do you do?
Hey Alexis. That’s a great question. The SBA does do start up loans but they are very difficult to get approved. The main reason for this is because they are projection-based loans. For these types of loans they rely heavily on a well-documented and thoughtout business plan plus a very strong management team to execute that plan
@@LeoLandaverde i tried sba match program but got denied bc of no colateral to fund a fresh, never been in business start up, the company sba matched me with was Newtek, they asked me for 2 years of w2 which I did not have as I never been in business before, I guess I only have to start from scratch now
I suppose you could, but a lot of banks will not be able to give you a commission unless you are a licensed commercial loan broker. What city and state are you in?

It depends on the amount and how long it takes to get back your tax transcripts. Who is the SBA lender?

You have a good background. The best way is to apply with a local bank who does SBA loans
