Raidou is in the base game on console, free dlc for steam. Dante is 10 dollar dlc for all platforms

@@centphilipjumawan4560 He's also Raidou's boss and tends to get pissed off at Raidou when Raidou does something extremely stupid especially if it involves Raidou having to shell out any price of Yen or in this case Macca that is over as Narumi states a "reasonable amount" hence the reason why Gatou panics if you pick the tile on the left aka the 1 tile and Raidou hands you your recruitment payment of 100,000 Macca cause he already knows that Narumi is going to read him and Raidou the riot act when this is over for "recruiting you and your party of demons" by shelling out 100,000 Macca.
